World Mental Health Day


Good mental health makes the world a better place to live. Since 2013, Global Mental Health Day has been observed on 10th October. Everyone must have mental health, but mental health is missing from many people today because everyone must build up their own mental health.

With modernization, people sacrifice their lives for narrow goals like money, work, and education, etc. They have no time to free their minds to see themselves within themselves, and they have no chance to connect with nature. Now is the time to empower mental health around the world. Depression, loneliness, pressure, and pain affect mental health negatively. In this situation, we can treat it psychologically.

Even money cannot buy mental health; it must be created within the individual. Meditation, listening to music, reading novels, and connecting with nature can help avoid stress and build mental health.

If everyone leads a free life with good mental health, it is worth more than everything in the world.
